PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES MUST BE TAKEN ON ASSETS
Attorney Cesim Parlak, who stated that thousands of people have filed complaints with the prosecutor's office, said:
“The prosecutor's office must immediately issue a precautionary measure. Numerous cars, villas, and company facilities have already been transferred to third or even fourth parties. And this happened right after Süleyman Aydın's suicide. If a precautionary order is issued, some of the victimization may be mitigated. A MASAK investigation would reveal everything—who transferred which asset to whom and when—one by one. In this case, there can be no claim of good faith by third parties,” he said.
Attorney Parlak added:
“Süleyman Aydın, who took his own life, had frequent contact with a person named Mine K., with whom he had a long-standing relationship. We received information that after the suicide, numerous suitcases were removed from Mine K.'s villa in Çeşme. Furthermore, the Porsche and several other vehicles used by Mine K. are now missing,” he said.
