General Characteristics of the Law

– The law introduces regulations concerning entry into district governorate exams, as well as institutions such as the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Commands.

– In particular, a series of provisions have been enacted to regulate the personnel rights of Coast Guard Command staff, addressing their employment status and related entitlements.
